| Abstract | 本实用新型实施例公开了一种转炉烟气干式余热回收除尘装置，包括与转炉的排气口连接的回收除尘管道，回收除尘管道的内部从下到上依次设有防颗粒粘附机构和集尘机构，回收除尘管道的外部安装有多个均匀分布的换热机构；转炉的烟气经过多个换热机构进行多级余热回收，并且降温后的烟气穿过防颗粒粘附机构进行一次除尘，一次除尘的烟气进入集尘机构进行二次除尘，防颗粒粘附机构通过包裹吸附烟气中的熔融态颗粒以避免熔融态颗粒散射粘附在回收除尘管道内壁；本方案有效避免高温高压烟气夹带的熔融态灰渣粘附在通气管道，提高了单位体积换热效率。 |
