The present invention adopts a simple device structure to achieve cooling of a liquid working substance, and satisfies the requirement for a low-temperature refrigerant during experimental research or development of a new circulation system, and adopts the method and device in a conventional refrigeration circulation, which helps to reduce the area of an evaporator, reduce the volume of a unit, and reduce processing costs.
