Abstract<正>原子力显微镜(AFM)接触模式是让探针按设定的扫描力扫过试样表面,通过记录悬臂梁的变形来获得表面形貌的工作模式,其中占主导的是原子间的斥力。AFM接触模式测量中的非局域效应,是指试样表面距探针最近点附近有限区域内的形貌对测量结果都有贡献,导致测量结果是这些区域贡献的加权平均,而并不仅仅代表针尖正下方试样的局部信息。它包括有限分子力程导致
