Abstract对150kW小型直流电弧等离子体风洞进行了调试,在400Pa – 50kPa范围内获得了气体组分可调的稳定等离子体射流。研究了等离子体发生条件对射流特性的影响,获得了总温高于2500K的超声速射流。风洞单次运行时间可大于30分钟。对高温合金样品、被覆热障涂层样品及普通不锈钢样品进行了初步驻点烧蚀实验,对比了烧蚀前后材料的显微形貌以及硬度变化。
