Abstract本发明涉及采用等离子体弧与电热复合裂解有机废物的装置和方法,装置包括等离子体弧炉,炉体内侧设有耐火材料、隔热材料衬及冷却水套,炉体上设有进料口、排气口和出渣口;炉体顶部设有工作气体进口;至少两个与电源连接的电极斜插在炉体顶部,其底部设有坩埚;坩埚上设置独立加热元件,电热元件连接至电源,炉壁上安装有测温、控温用的热电偶。本发明采用等离子体弧与电热复合加热有机物的裂解装置和工艺,采用在等离子体弧炉的坩埚上设置加热元件的结构,由于独立的加热不需依赖熔渣的导电,就可采用焦耳电热效应加热废物,因此可将裂解温度控制在1273-1773K的较低温度下,节约电能消耗。电阻加热方式不需要事先将电能转化为等离子体再加热废物,可以达到100%的电热效率。
