Abstract本发明涉及采用高频脉冲激光对热轧辊强化的系统及强化方法,包括一双导轨数控机床,激光器和光路、辅助气体机构、具有CCD监视功能的控制部分和辊面跟随部分。强化方法包括选择激光功率在300-500W、脉冲宽度(100μs-1000μs),加工时的离焦量在-100μm至100μm之间、机床旋转速度在0-1000转/分范围,启动计算机,打开光闸和气阀开关,系统将自动对轧辊进行处理。该方法由于采用激光器的脉宽由微秒量级连续变化到毫秒量级,因此,处理的硬化层深度可达几百微米,硬度可达HRc66以上。
