金属基体与涂镀层之间的界面激光强韧化方法

Abstract本发明涉及一种金属基体与涂镀层之间的界面激光强韧化方法,所述的涂镀层为金属或陶瓷涂层;该方法是利用激光对金属基体与涂镀层之间的界面进行微熔离散强化加工,可在界面形成离散强化层,从而使界面具有钢柔相济的强化层,提高了材料表层组织在室温和高温环境下的硬度、摩擦磨损性能、烧蚀性能、疲劳性能以及耐腐蚀性能,并通过愈合和钝化工件表面的裂纹、调整表面残余应力状态和提高表面的疲劳强度来延长金属基体的使用寿命;另通过细化基体组织的结构,而使基体与后续的金属涂镀层结合更为紧密。
