超临界态煤油圆管湍流的流阻特性研究

Abstract本文采用雷诺平均方法结合煤油的10 组分替代模型研究了国产RP-3 航空煤油的圆管湍流流动。湍流模拟采用RNG k-ε 两方程模型以及增强壁面处理方法,煤油热物性和输运参数的确定基于10 组分替代模型,并采用广义状态对应法则(ECS)结合考虑真实气体效应的Benedict-Webb-Rubin方程计算。首先通过数值结果与煤油加热圆管实验数据的比较验证了数值方法的可靠性。本文的研究表明,当管壁温度接近拟临界温度时,煤油发生传热恶化现象,同时传热恶化程度随着热流密度的降低而减弱。传热恶化发生前经典雷诺相似原理成立,当传热发生恶化后雷诺相似的准确度有所降低。
