Abstract研究了冲击载荷下增强颗粒尺寸大小(SiC_p)对颗粒增强金属基复合材料(SiC/6151-Al)力学性能的影响,利用特殊形状的试样得到了该材料在均匀剪切下的实验结果。结果表明:颗粒增强金属基复合材料的力学性能对增强颗粒尺寸有明显的依赖效应;如显微照片显示,高应变率下复合材料容易发生变形局部化,小尺寸颗粒增强复合材料变形局部化较大尺寸颗粒增强复合材料明显;同时在相同的应变和不同的应变率下,材料的流动应力也均存在着如下的规律:6151 Al-alloy
