Abstract氧离子的扩散作为YBa_2Cu_3O__(7-δ)超导薄膜制备中的主要物质输运形式之一,决定着薄膜晶体从非超导电的四方相向超导正交相的转变。本文以成型后的YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ)薄膜为研究对象,通过分子动力学模拟研究了不同晶位上氧离子的扩散特性,重点探讨了温度等因素对氧离子扩散系数的影响。研究结果表明:在温度低于900 K时,不同晶位上氧离子的扩散能力存在明显差异。Cu-O链上的氧离子具有较强的扩散能力,而Ba-O层、Cu-O面内的氧离子的扩散能力依次降低,致密的Cu-O面在一定程度上阻隔了氧离子沿c轴方向的长程迁移。然而随着温度升高,氧离子扩散的晶位相关性逐渐减弱。此外,氧离子在不同...
