有限厚梯度材料部分粘滑接触的研究

Abstract本文研究了具有任意形状的刚性压头与有限厚度的梯度层的部分粘滑接触问题,梯度层的剪切模量沿着厚度按照指数函数变化。利用传递矩阵和Fourier变换,得到了一组具有Cauchy奇异性的积分方程组,依据Goodman假设将积分方程组简化,再通过数值的迭代求解,得出摩擦系数、膜层厚度等参数对表面接触法向应力、切应力以及粘滑半径的影响。结果表明:有限厚梯度层的结论与采取无限大半空间的结果有着明显的区别,该结果对于实际工程的应用和功能梯度材料的设计具有重要的指导作用。
