Abstract采用全原子分子动力学模拟方法,研究了单链DNA分子穿过石墨烯/氧化石墨烯纳米孔的动力学行为。对外加电场作用下DNA过孔速度,DNA构形变化,离子电流信号等进行了系统模拟。结果表明单链DNA分子均会吸附到石墨烯/氧化石墨烯表面。由于DNA分子和氧化石墨烯之间更高的吸附能,DNA分子在氧化石墨烯孔中的迁
