Abstract近红外二极管激光吸收光谱诊断技术以其高灵敏,响应快,结构相对简单,造价低廉等优点已成为测量准均匀燃烧场和流动场温度和组分分压的有效手段.本文介绍我们所建立的可调谐二极管激光吸收光谱诊断系统以及利用此系统进行燃烧产物H_2O浓度和温度的实验结果.作者还介绍了所发展的高敏感的探测技术-波长调制光谱(WMS,Wavelength Modulation Spectroscopy)的2f诊断技术.可调谐二极管激光吸收光谱技术可望应用于动态燃烧过程的诊断与控制.
