Abstract本发明公开一种扫描电镜下多用途原位微尺度力学性能测试方法,该力方法包括:机架底座、音圈电机、加载轴、光栅尺、动夹具、定夹具、滑块和力传感器;音圈电机安装在所述机架底座的一端,其内部安装有用来测量所述加载轴位移的光栅尺;加载轴由音圈电机内部的电磁线圈驱动运动,其一端位于音圈电机内部,另一端安装有动夹具;机架底座的另一端加工有滑槽,滑槽上固定有滑块;滑块离音圈电机的近端安装有力传感器,定夹具安装在力传感器上。本发明采用了音圈电机,避免了步进电机驱动方式所产生的振动,可以在试样加载状态下获得清晰的高放大倍率的扫描电镜图像,可进行原位拉伸、压缩、弯曲及疲劳力学性能测试。
