Abstract采用了粒径为100-250nm的荧光粒子,在超纯水中测量了荧光粒子的亮度。通过归一化后的实测粒子亮度的统计分布与理论分布曲线的对比,确定了基准光强I_0。更进一步,在距壁面700nm范围内进行了分层速度测量,结果与理论值吻合很好,证明此方法在流动状态下的有效性。
